Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging in the same condition as received.
How to Return
To begin a return, email us at Info@shopmetrix.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and send you the necessary return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened food items, perishable goods, or any product that has been used or tampered with after delivery.
